We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

It turns out Geobear is unlikely to be required for us. But that didn’t stop him giving me a wealth of advice. Would definitely recommend calling them to discuss any structural issues on your mind.

She reassured us that no imminent works were necessary and carefully explained both our problem with settling floors and the remit of the Geobear system and where it could be applied.

Mar 23,2023I don't know if it did great ask me again in 20 years. For sure the guy they sent to find the entrance of the water, the gas and electricity to the house was expensive. Man with shovel for half a day £1,750. his electronic tools to find the utilities did not really locate anything,

Was very thorough with his checks and very honest with what work was needed (nothing yet just monitor) I appreciate the fact that they haven't gone in with the heavy sell and instead did what was right for the customer and their home. Should we need their service in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

We had already sourced a quote from a different company and I’m so glad we spoke to Neil! He spent an hour going through each internal and external crack and really put our minds at ease! He advised us that we didn’t require the work quoted from the other company and to monitor the cracks for a few months, as he didn’t believe it needed that particular solution! We are so grateful for his honesty and professional opinion. He advised us of next steps and was incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately made us feel at ease. I can't recommend Neil's expertise enough; we will definitely recommend this company to others.

Craig their site assor was able to recomend the exact ground treatment required and was spot on with that. Joanna the operations coordinator is also very good at what she does.

Mar 01,2023Having had footings dug and ready to pour concrete our building control officer came out to take a look, footings fine but oh dear you may need an underpin here - on an old extension with little foundation and cracks in base brickwork. The quotes we had for traditional underpin were exstortionate so we looked elsewhere and found Geobear, thank God we did. From our online enquiry we were put in touch with manager Craig Bartlett. From our very first video call to see if Geobear could help, to the final solution Craig and the whole team were very professional and customer orientated. We had several queries which were all answered by Craig even when we thought maybe our questions would seem to have an obvious answer they were always answered with understanding. We were never made to feel silly asking anything at all. Very much assured at all times. The crew who did the polymer resin injection arrived on time and carried out the procedure professionally and were without exception very polite and funny too which alleviated any uncertainty about the process we had. We were informed throughout the day on exactly what was being done and when finished there had been a 5ml rise to the foundation which had also closed the cracks which were obvious before. Brilliant job Geobear. We will be passing your name onto anyone with a problem like ours. Thank you.
