We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

Aug 28,2021A day late in starting the job, but once here the team went at it vigorously - however we had to leave mid job so unable to see the injection process. A laser camera was installed but have not been given the results- noticed that conservatory wall has pin holes where some 'markers' must have been fixed to assist the laser reading? Some brown stains left on conservatory wall which we trust will wash away. Job so tidy we weren't sure that the no of drills was as per secification given beforehand. Certainly the speed in which the job was done was impressive and just hope that it does what it said in the spec and the conservatory foundation is solid and permanent.

Aug 25,2021I came across Geobear through another company who I contacted to do some repairs to my house which required underpinning, the company could not do this repair as there was not enough space to carry out the repair. I contacted Goebear and from the start I was talked through all the procedures needed to carry out the repairs to my house. I found Geobear to be a very reliable and knowledgeable company, all the way through the repair to my house I was kept well informed right down to the time of the arrival of the well-mannered and professional workers. The 2 men arrived and explained to me exactly what was going to happen step by step, there was no mess as they cleaned up after themselves to leave a clean and tidy repair. I would definitely recommend Geobear.

In fact, everyone from Geobear, initial engineer to the accounts department have been extremely pleasant and helpful to work with, would definitely recommend as a possible solution to stabilise a building from subsidence.

Aug 25,2021I had seasonal expansion and contraction of clay beneath the footings causing primarily external cracks to appear during dry conditions and disappear during wet conditions. The cause was the roots of an oak tree in the garden. I contacted Geobear and explained the problem. They gave me a comprehensive quote and explained the process. The work was carried as described by Geobear's professional team who were punctual, tidy and helpful.

Site was left tinder than when they arrived and wouldn’t have known they had been. Very happy with the work carried out from start to finish with a depth of knowledge, communication and quality of work. would happily use them again but am sure I won’t need to.

Jun 20,2021I was extremely pleased with the work done to stabilise my conservatory. It was done efficiently and effectively despite poor weather. The improvement was visible immediately and I have considerable peace of mind now. The team working on the job were cheerful - always a bonus. I found the area manager particularly helpful. The only gripe I have (which does not impinge on the quality of the work) is the very long time it took to get the business underway. I made my first contact at the beginning of September and the work was done until February. Nevertheless, I am delighted I went with this company.

Aug 28,2021We had really bad subsidence on our property, we had GEOBEAR come round to inject our footings, they done a great job, really tidy & polite, & we got a ten year guarantee, & they were a lot cheaper & less messy then having normal underpinning or piling done.
