Geo Green Power was established to enable investment into renewable energy research and development and our original focus was solar PV for homes and businesses.

Aug 11,2021We have been very disappointed indeed with Geogreen. Initial sales pitch was excellent, to secure 8k house solar power and hot-water via solar. Thereafter a litany of issues: 1) No help at all from Geogreen in working out how to liaise with power company to change connections with outside junction boxes. Numerous e-mails on our part to do this. 2) For installation, crew turned up unannounced to put scaffolding up. Told it was going up on a different roof to one we previously agreed, so had to run around consulting neighbours, wondering if planning permission was required. 3) Crew for installation were really nice people, but lacked a long enough 'lead' required for the installation of Solic 200 to the hotwater tank (why not thought of before??). Then the frustration really mounts.. 4) Numerous trips to sort out the Solic 200 lead. First installation resulted in an overloading of the Drayton heating system - if I had not had heard this 'crackling' and run to switch off the system at the fuse board, there was a serious risk that the house would burn down. Thank fully not. 5) Numerous visits followed to sort this aspect out, including replacing of Drayton box which had 'burnt out'. E-mails to company unanswered/ taking a lot time to reply. 6) Finally, the Solic 200 was properly installed... or so we thought... alas not, it is now not working. Rang the company (Solic 200) myself to try to find out why, as we did not trust Geogreen anymore. Probable that initial overloading of circuit damaged the Solic 200, so it worked temporarily, but then gave up. 7) very poor after sales service and customer service. Summing up, all the people who visited were very nice. However. strongly get the impression that Geogreen don't really know what they are doing in the domestic market place, as their real focus is on big corporate clients. Would NOT recommend to another household.

We would like to totally retract what was first said: This company has gone out of it's way to provide excellent feedback and information relating to our original query. So much so that James (a director) visited our home and set out all options and pitfalls so that we could make a truly informed decision about the changes we would like to make to our home. I don't think you could get much better service than that. Many thanks!! Contacted this company to ask for help in future proofing our home to help lower it's carbon footprint. We were looking for innovative ways and genuine guidance on what is available and how well it would suit our house. Whilst the first conversation with an operative was quite useful, we then received very limited follow up or engagement even though we had made it clear we would be interested in pursuing a number of options. After chasing them up on a response we got a very limited to reply specifically about solar panels with absolutely no interest by them of following up any of the other enquiries. Can only assume they are chasing bigger fish or have limited understanding of future environment impact solutions.

Jan 12,2021The meeting to examine what was possible etc was very good and the Geo Representative could not have been more knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The pre installation team were equally good as was the team that came to install the panels. My only criticism would be that there was a lack of information to me about the timing and procedure for applying to my provider for their agreement. Some weeks were lost it would appear between the actual switching on of the panels and an agreed date with my power supplier. The panels look good and are barely noticeable,I would be interested in some more in the future.

Jan 12,2021It's very hard to find good companies that will get the job done to a high standard and in a friendly and efficient manner. Making the choice to give a large sum of money to a company, that you only know from reviews and the Sales chap, can be a leap of faith! However, from start to finish, Geo Green provided an excellent solution and service to me when installing our 26Kw Ground Source Heating installation. The project management and installation teams worked well with the challenging requirements and also negotiating the unique challenges of Lockdowns. Some things did take longer than anticipated and there were unforeseen issues, but the mark of an excellent company is how these issues are resolved and I was certainly not let down. I would whole heartedly recommend Geo Green to anyone wishing to venture into Heat pump technology.

May 15,2020I was most impressed with the service offered by the company. They sent an engineer from Nottingham to Redditch in Worcestershire during the coronovirus crisis to check on my faulty inverter and another to fix a replacement. I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to help and was so pleased they were able to source ,deliver and fit a new inverter. The company observed all social distancing and health and safety procedures and delivered a professional friendly service. Top Mark's.

Apr 15,2020From initial enquiry to site visit to survey to installation the service was excellent. I delayed the install for a few months but that wasn’t an issue and the standard of the install was superb. Special mention to Jack Hiley, Kitty, Sam Snaith, Fads Kouchekpour, Przemek Grodzki and Patric Foody who were all a pleasure to deal with. Really starting to see the cost benefit after just a week and would recommend Geo Green Power to anyone.

Mar 10,2020From start to finish the team at Geo Green Power were extremely professional, explained everything in a manor that was easy to understand and hopefully have not over stated the performance of the solar system they have installed for us. Their site fitters have to be complemented on how they worked in appalling conditions and also the finish on the installation is of the highest standard. Everything was carried out on the dates they said things would happen including commissioning and hand over. The site was left in a tidy condition with all waste disposed of correctly..
