Upon arrival to the location had to wait for a room they gave me a room with mold any In the sofa bed call to complaing to the front desk an no one provided help they hung up on my call wasn't able to get another room till 2pm the following day. Staff in nice but no one takes responsibility or tries to help customer worst experiences ever wal not use this services again

I expected more. The room was outdated, previous beer cases and cans were left by I'm assuming the previous guest, and I had to call them to clean the vents. There is no way they could expect me to want to buy a time share if that's what me and my family would have to look forward to.

Revised review: Within 20 minutes of my initial review, I was contacted by the operations manager, Lil. She was very understanding and accommodating and definitely restored my faith in this company. She refunded the additional cancellation fee (given the circumstances) and even provided me with her direct contact info should I need anything down the road. Thank you, Lil. They are lucky to have you.

Horrible experience , was booked in the smallest room , they have not much bigger then a closet tried to pay for upgrade was told this was a 3rd party vendor upgrades aren't available.
