We were told we would have a "two room suite,", instead we were provided a room with two double beds. The road to the Time share event had a road block and we were not provided a detour and were 30 minutes late, however they did accommodate us and the gentleman was nice and courteous. We only saved approx $200 for a 90 minute presentation, but with drive time we lost half a day from our vacation

Unfortunately, our experience was not what it could've been. To begin with, finding the location to pick up our information was NOT easy to locate. In the initial booking, we were told that we would have to attend a 90 minute sales presentation. The presentation was FOUR (4) HOURS long. We were supposed to receive two tickets to one of the shows. Didn't happen. We were supposed to schedule the presentation upon arrival. However, they scheduled it prior to arrival without notifying us. It had been scheduled right in the middle of our day, the following day. This was totally unacceptable! We asked for a different time. We were initially told that it probably would not be possible. We were ready to go elsewhere. Suddenly, we were able to reschedule. We had not arrived at the condo yet. We finally get to the resort to check in and are met with a round of sales pitches. Okay. Finally, we are able to head to the condo. We open up the door, everything looks great and welcoming. Looks are quite deceiving. The carpet was FILTHY. The ceiling fan 'showered' us with dust when turned on and a man was staying in what was called a 'lock off'. Very startling when he walked out. We were not informed of this arrangement at any time. We were unable to access the internet, even though it was advertised. Upon informing the main resort office, we were met with "We are very sorry. It is not our fault. It is the fault of the marketing company. We will let our management know." A manager came to speak with us. We were told again, "I am sorry. We are having trouble with this marketing company. We will probably fire them. You should never have been put in that unit, blah, blah, blah." BALONEY!!! NOTHING, not a thing, was done. Listed above are just a few irritants during our stay. We travel often, within the US and overseas. This, by far, has been our worst experience! We can normally 'roll with it'. Not this time. We will NOT return and suffice it to say that we will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone! Thank you.

When I arrived at my hotel, they stated that my reservation had been cancelled by the resort (who knew nothing about the cancellation, nor did they have my reservation. Unprofessional. The resort ok'ed my stay, but after a 4-5 hour drive. . .it was unacceptable. I will not utilize Getaway Dealz again. Thanks.

I was skeptical but figured for $99 I would give it a try. The timeshare presentation was not too bad and they did not push hard at the close. For investing a little less than 2 hours we saved about $400 off a 4 day stay at a first rate resort! Also had to make a date change to our reservation and it was taken care of with no issues. Great deal, excellent service and I plan to use them again for a vacation later this year. Highly Recommend!!

My initial phone call to set up my family vacation went well... I believe the rep's name is Kevin... He answered any questions I had at the time and I had my vacation set up quickly... After that, I had called back because I had a question regarding taxes and I was sent in all kinds of directions for 1 question.... I spoke to 10 different people... That was a bit frustrating but I did finally get my answer... The place I had picked was under construction ( I do wish I had known or been told that when I called to set up my vacation). I won't stay at that place in the future.

It was easy booking the hotel but the time share consultants are very harassing if you don't buy. Someone even beat on the table because the person didn't want to buy. Never again will I use this. It wasn't worth the hassle.

Very well pleased with entire trip to the smokies nothing to complain about on anything thank you getawaydealz!!!!! Had my kids and grandkids didn't need to come back home but had to, wish I was still there I love it in Tennessee!!!!!!

I was more than upset that our 90 minute timeshare tour turned into over 3 hours. Really! And our stay at Brookside was not so great, fekle matter on the bathroom wall mildew/mold around shower door. This was not worth the $120.00 we paid. NOT HAPPY!

Well first we were told we"d have a choice of either eating at the motel or would be able to go to a local pancake house. We did not get that choice and we did ask several people! Then the $100 dining card is a joke! You have to go onto restaurant.com to use it. Which you have to spend double the certificate at the restaurant!

We booked for Virginia Beach. There was no problems with charging, 3 nights for $129 total. But 1st day went driving, second day was the presentation which was about and even more than 2 hours. And because it happened to be around noon so the day was almost gone! The 3rd day was the only one day that we were free and could enjoy the vacation. Do not count 4th day - check out time at Atrium Resort is 10 am!!! That was it! Too much rush and driving for just ONE full day vacation! Was ok ....but I wouldn't do it again......
