May 01,2019The room was too small for my family! Tried upgrading and offered to pay additional money but wasn’t available. As far a presentIon, the rep showed up 20 minutes late dropped us off for breakfast came back 45 minutes later and stated that the presentation didn’t start until she arrived back. My family waited patiently once she came back she talked and talked past the actual 90 minutes and we never viewed the timeshare at all. So how can you sale something that was never showed. Later after the additional 30 minutes passed by she sent another sales person to talk and was very rude and she asked if she could extend a “FREE” week for our time. I asked if it was really “FREE”and her exact words were “ where have you ever stayed somewhere for free and that you would have to pay$199. At that point I was confused. I told her that it wasn’t FREE if you have to pay. She than said to have a nice day and she walked off.” I than asked another sales person where to pick my daughter up and where to pick up my gifts. The worst customer service ever. I want be doing that again!!!!

Apr 29,2019My family and I had a wonderful vacation using getawaydealz.com. The reservation process was fairly painless and we were able to enjoy 3 nights at an amazing resort. We are still talking about how much fun we had on our get away. We had to sit through a short presentation (2 hours including breakfast), but our tour leader was not pushy and gave us a great tour of the facilities. We would definitely use getawaydealz again in the future and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Apr 27,2019This was a great deal and Westgate was a fantastic place to stay with excellent staff and plenty of amenities to keep you busy. The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because they tell you the presentation will last 90 min, but it was closer to 2.5 hours. The sales rep was nice, but still, they said 1.5 hours but it was really 2.5 hours. I would recommend this to anyone that is contemplating this deal. Good job Westgate :-D

Apr 27,2019The room was not as nice as it looks on pictures and housekeeping never came to our room to clean or bring extra towels and when we called they didnt bring extra towels till the next day in the late afternoon and just left it in a plastic bag right when you walk in the room like they just threw it there with no regards. Some of the staff where nice but others where rude as if they hate their jobs. But their deals are real as long as you go to their timeshare class which they are nice at the beginning but once you say no not interested its like a switch turns on and they become upset and treat you different.

Apr 25,2019The room that we stay in wasn't great base on what they show us on the tour .but the amenities and the prosperity was superb especially the water park my kids enjoyed that.

Apr 25,2019For the money we paid it was ok because we literally spent about 60 from the room for the deal once we told our sales man we didn’t want to get a timeshare he was a little snappy with us. The tub was stopped up, someone came right away to fix it. The new water park they have was great. The stay was ok.

Apr 19,2019Very unhappy with Westgate. The experience was less than our normal standard. The room had a horrible smell for the entire time. We couldn’t play basketball with our son to practice, because security took 2 hours passed opening hours to open the gate. We were told we could go boating then later learned they weren’t available this season. Ordered room service and they forgot to deliver. Used linen in the rooms we were staying. Told I wasn’t feeling well and had a severe migraine. Asked to reschedule the tour and they said no I must attend or would be charged the regular price. We later left and stayed at Four Points and it was great.
