I really appreciate this company and the services that you provide. I also appreciate the rapid Reponses in which is utmost important. However the only thing that I would say that you guys need to improve is verbal communications. I have been trying to reach out via phone and have been unsuccessful in doing so. This is pertaining to the current account to runover in detail and provide basic information about each package I've purchase. This is important to me because I want to be clear on what I'm purchasing and it's official uses and purpose. Honestly to begin with I had my doubts. I needed a service that would allow me to deliver my product to me without giving my information away (address etc) away to the person sending the product. I also had more doubts with the service during lockdown but honestly the service was extremely fast. Communication from customer service was concise and clear. Whenever I had any queries they were very fast to respond to emails and phone calls. I will definitely be using the service again in the future. My only thing I'd like for them to improve is the way they present information on their website i.e. How to use the service/when the service goes live after purchasing and being a little bit more clear on which name will be used for the person sending the product to Ghost Mail and which address will be used when Ghost Mail send the product to me. However, the service was 5/5.
