Oct 18,2019Unclear instructions and indication The service is very unclear in a way that I never know if I have received the mail sent to the given address successfully and is redirecting. I have to send an email to customer service for confirmation. It would be much better if more indication can be shown on what's going on.

Oct 16,2019A very useful service, and I will be staying with Ghost Mail until I relocate back to UK. But a bit hit and miss at times. I requested fortnightly forwarding when I joined GM, and have reiterated this several times since. However, occasionally the forwarding frequency dropped to 3, 4, & once even 5 weeks between forwardings. Therefore, periodic prompts may be required. Also, both the annual fee & the fees for forwarding each batch are a fair bit more expensive than my previous service provider. In addition, there seems to be no way to check the funds remaining in my online account & no auto reminder that funds are too low.
