Mar 08,2022I am a bit disappointed with the lack of clarity on the service offering. I paid GBP 19 for the mail service, But I had requested scan and email ONLY. I do not want any postal service. The reason for this is twofold: First, I reside in the Philippines but it was not one of the options in the drop down menu for input of the address - so I had no choice but to use my main family home address in Canada (which I rarely use). Second, the postal service is so slow that it is relatively useless. Also, I am being billed for the postal service on a piece by piece basis for very small amounts (over and above the GBP 19 I paid). This was not clear to me at the start and is a bit unwieldy to have to pay small amounts regularly (and incur funds transfer costs). Please advise soonest so I can benefit properly from this useful service. Thanks so much, Arun Abraham
