Nov 17,2021Something doesn't seem right with this mail service three V5's vehicle registration documents gone missing with this mailbox service while other correspondence from DVLA come through without issue. Other reviews on this platform doesn't shine much of favourable light on this company from identity data breaches to non-delivery of forwarded mail. In my personal opinion there is some serious incompetence within this company. ****What he states about DVLA is not factual. How can you offer a company service and operations for a companies if you can not register company vehicles and assets to the Company address. DVLA Don't have issues with the address. Ive spoken with them on the phone and I can get it in writing if necessary, and they wouldn't issue documents if they had an issue with the address. or any other correspondence. They have in fact issued 4 V5 documents to this address which seem to mysteriously disappear 🤔 How is it illegal for a company to use it's company address for company assets. The guy is simply crackers Does he think royal mail and Tesco supermarkets should register there vehicles to private address 🤔 😉 😜 And I've not used your address for my driving licence. How can I register a Southern Ireland driving licence to a UK address???And the terms and conditions were not present when signing up for your services. The guy is a charlington , Return company documation you've taken!!! I've filled a complaint with West Mercia police.

Oct 06,2021Worst organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. Find an alternative where possible. This organisation is far from it. I suggest not sending me anymore reviews. I doubt this company can improve, there hasn’t been any improvements within the past year, yet the service has certainly worsened. If anyone can recommend a better service provider please add the details in the comments that would be most helpful. Irrespective of the long response no one is interested reading. It changes nothing!! GHOSTMAIL PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD & A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
