Feb 15,2023I purchased office registration for a year. I got confirmation email and agreement for my company address to be transferred. A couple of weeks later the company emailed me and asked for more money or they will stop hosting my company. I received zero service apart from rude emails from the time I purchased the service. I did not receive a single company mail forwarded to me since I signed up. Hope not all ended up in a bin!!! Please note the company responses to negative reviews here and on Google, it reflects unprofessional behaviour and complete lack of responsibility. Very rude and aggressive responses. Read and see what you are up to, before you commit to any business. Please read the company response below to see the extent of bullying and unprofessional behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Feb 10,2023One man band film and TV contractor with a ltd company. I've used these guys for several years having their Hereford office as my registered office. Recently they opened a London office which was great for me as I'm based in London so I can have packages dropped there when I'm out and about, so now I use them for mail forwarding too. The service was setup instantly, it's easy to top up the account with forwarding funds. The forwarding charges I use are low volume so lower annual fee but higher postage costs. The forwarding fees are a little pricey but the scan to email fees are cheap and they allow you to collect mail. In fairness if you pay a higher annual fee the forwarding fees are greatly reduced. Will the chap that processes stuff here is friendly and informative and got back to me quickly to resolve an outstanding invoice I wasn't aware of. Would recommend these guys.

Jan 30,2023Want to have to chase to see if your mail is received? Get misogynistic, racist and rude customer service emails? Be nickel and dimed each time you receive a mailing that you've had to fight just to learn of its existence? Then this is the service for you! I would stay far far away - we used to use Hoxton Mix and never had any issues, whereas with Ghost Mail we have had to chase for each mailing item and even had them refuse to send us mail. Stay away!

Jan 25,2023AVOID. DO NOT USE THEM!! I have only used your services a few months, the bank card I used to pay was a new account and was ONLY used to buy your services. I had to top up my account twice with ghost mail and used this new account and it was subject to fraud. It’s clearly ghost mail sharing the details, DO NOT USE them I do not recommend, they are refusing to give a refund for the remainder of the year as I no longer trust them, even though I paid for a whole year, and they should refund me for the remainder of the year. I don’t recommend them, the staff are rude, specifically John, he doesn’t know how to speak to customers and wrote "By accusing us you are barking up the wrong tree" clearly, he needs retraining on his customer service skills. Ghost mail have refused to take any accountability and refuse to investigate the leak issue even though it's very clear that there is a confidentiality issue because how else were my details shared. I’ve never had fraud on any of my accounts, this is a brand-new account and card and had ONLY EVER been used for ghost mail so clearly, they are at fault. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.LOOKING AT THE WAY THEY RESPOND TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Jan 24,2023Otherwise known as RegisteredOfficeServices. They are conning people. They change the deals after you purchase them. The staff are unprofessional and rude. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED USING THIS COMPANY. I will definitely not renew the contract. Terrible service. I suppose it is easy to just accept money for just having a building! You think you have paid for something they then send you an invoice telling you it's an add on and you need to pay another amount and another amount. On trying to log in to my account, you can't because it is an Error 404 page can't be found! You can't manage your own account!

Dec 14,2022Great idea. Room for improvement on execution. I use the scan mail service for myself and my husband since we moved abroad. They just scan the mail then email it to you. They don’t bother to separate the names of the person so it is easier to process on the receivers end. I find this odd and lazy as I’ve had to pay for each name separately, even my own name twice as I still use my married and maiden names on different correspondence. I also think they can assist by having a portal which post is uploaded to. It would make finding post that is scanned easier. It’s an ok service if you need your post sent to a UK address but I think after my one year I’ll just sent the post to my parents house as I don’t think the service is worth the price in its current form. It’s not run very well like I said mixing names on post is a basic that shouldn’t be done.
