Dishonesty with the assistances, employees employed to Ghost mail. They came across as down right pushy and inconsiderate human beings. I suppose, this explains the encounter and experience I have had. They have put their poor traits of their humanity, over and above customer service and or having and understanding of custom and practice, that ought to be displayed in their interactions with customers. What a disappointing experience, there are, quite simply, no adjectives left that could describe the experiences I have had with Ghost mail. Never again and I would never be recommending this company to any one and I wouldn't the horse, I will hasten to add. Given my experiences, the registered address which is the catalyst for the refrain, " think Twice", there are other services; offering service with dignity and understanding. Think twice not worth the hassle. Do not use this service. One bad experience is enough.

In attemptihg to reason with this company they chose to be boss and took the step of returning all my mail back to sender and closed the account. I insisted on collecting my letters and close the account giving a refund of unused credits. Instead,in their wisdom, they decided to return all letters return to sender. Since they decided to take the extra step of 'protecting their staff' at the securitised address, I called for police assistance to witness their actions; all on video recording.They said I refused to give ID, which certainly was incorrect. I said I prefer to collect my letters and close the account down. No answers to questions and concerns. Absolute no accountability. Their upper hand is to disrupt your system by returning all mail to sender. For four weeks, no letters received. I then contacted Royal Mail who informed me that there was no disruption to deliveries. Suddenly 7 pieces of letters are mysteriously found at 5 Brayford Sq. How strange and what a coincident. I seriously pray that the positive comments made here are genuine from actual users. I certainly would keep a million miles away from them. Court action against them for breach of contract is imminent. Do your research first and make sure you get full disclosure before giving up money and DONT rely on hidden terms and conditions. Because this is a 100% genuine experience and connent from a real ex-user, I stand by these words: Their esponse: 1.This client refused to supply proof of ID and proof of address .......TOTALLY INCORRCT, all calls are recorded as evidence. 2. Instead, he threatened to turn-up at our office to demand to collect mail that had been received for him. ......There was absolutely no "threat" and to collect letters but to refuse to surrender them amounts to a breach of obligation by the company. Everyone is fully entitled to collect their property regardless. Police was called by myself so as to evidence the matter; there was no interaction with staff as a security door is in place. Police spoke to the company and myself seperately. There was no "harrassment" to staff. Another untruth! 3. Based on the tone of a conversation with him; to prevent a possible confrontation and to protect our staff, the decision was taken to close and refund his account. .......There was no threat as Police were involved. The company had no right to close account and return property back to sender, a breach. 4. His mail was returned to sender as part of this process. He was informed of this and told not to visit our office, as there was nothing there for him. .....How can there be nothing for me if you admit there are 8 pieces of letters waiting, when all you had to do was to forward them on but instead you took the unwise decision of bad mindedness to return them to sender and close account and refuse reasonable discussion and refuse to answer issues of concern and then say there were letters to collect. I specifically, on telephone I insisted that I had enough of the pyschological torture and wish close the account and collect all my letters. An absolute right. 5. Foolishly, a couple of days later, even after this; he still turned up and confronted our London office staff; he eventually left after the intervention of Police officers. .....Foolishly! It seems that god had spoken as master and that I made a most grave error against god. I being a robt had to power of speech, mind or action and should have just put up and shut up.... Whislt I pay and given feeble excuses of no letters for 4 weeks. How should or would anyone react? Let a proper account be made and avoid false accounting., but remember...all my calls are recorded. I requsted the police assistance to attend the address. The police knocked on the company's "securitised" door whilst I stayed outside. One police officer went inside to interview a member of staff and the other police officer advised me to wait outside with him. Where was the "presumed or actual threat, even with a security door" To this unconscoinable decison of returning mail to sender is an abuse and there is no excuse for it. The evidence is very clear on police record. The court will decide. 6. To close the account proved to be a good one. This is an account that will not be re-opened under any circumstances. when they hold your ....This is the professionalism one has to deal with and accept. Power to the competitors who will provide a true and real customer service to those who put their trust in others. Trust them?.....I think not and wish my destiny was not to cross their path!....BUT WE ALL LEARN THROUGH OUR MISTAKES.

Hi everyone Beware of this mailbox ruthless people checking letters and discarding what they don't want if you are a good boy no court letters or bad letters only love letters otherwise they end up in a bin after of course opening and reading them if they pass the test you will be robbed 6 pounds to forward it to you outside UK 20 pounds do not be exited by 19 pounds membership a year After a long dispute with DVLA to accept this address I told them that I travel a lot I can't have a fixed address then the agreed to issue me with a driving licence after more than a year of challenge then I bought a small mini one the DVLA issued me with a logbook unfortunately this ghost mail they lost or thrown it who now's when I asked them if they received the logbook They said you don't have the Wright to register a vehicle here and the reason I took the contract with this ghost is because I asked them over the phone about having the driving license there they said if the DVLA accept this address then is fine from us and now they don't want to give me my log book I am stacked for selling the car also I can't validate my insurance policy as I need the proof that's me the owner of the car and direct line wants to cancel my policy by 27 September Beware of ghost

Ghost Mail's response time is really really fast. I needed to add some credit to my account to get something scanned. I paid and sent them an e-mail letting them know I'd paid at 9:46am. At 9:51am they sent a query to ask whether I wanted just the scan or the scan and hard copy. And by 10:29 I had my scan. I was thinking "oh, I'll hear from them in a day or so." Nope -- it was a matter of minutes for the initial reply, and less than 45 minutes for action on their part. That is incredibly fast. I highly recommend Ghost Mail.

The service is very good. They are fast and very professional. Please just disregard what Mohand says as he is a very angry man. To scannarize a letter and sent it to us we have paid less than two pounds. We have managed to receive the scannarized letter into our e-mail adress before midday of the day in which Ghost received the letter.

Dec 01,2022Ghostmail was doing OK for scanning my letters (apart from losing few of them) until i had to choose or not to renew their service. They 'll spam you with 3 invoices a day until you renew with them - such a bad incentive for existing customer. I contacted the customer service who didn't care (it seemed it was the son of the owner of the business). Needless to say i blocked ghostmail, didn't renew their service, and found a more professional firm. UPDATE: Well, i found a much more prestigious address in central london for 30% cheaper, at thelondonoffice.com. It was very quick to switch to them and had a great customer service there... As for Ghostmail, thank you for your terrible customer service otherwise i would have never moved forward and saved money!
