Today I received a refund with no explanation. The customer service is horrible. I will never use this company again.

Dec 31,2024I placed my order on 12/15 and it is now 12/30. My order hasn't arrived yet. They called me saying that my billing address was wrong, so I fixed that but still never got any confirmation and or tracking number that actually works. A few days later I called the costumer services and they told me that my item was out of stock but looking into the website it said it was in stock. I called them again 3 times and they said my order has now been shipped but I have yet to receive a confirmation nor my product yet. I don't know if this is a scam or not.
