Dec 29,2024Very disappointed. I never received my item and it was a Christmas gift. I've filed a claim to be refunded for the item. Will not order from this company again. UPDATE: package did finally arrive yesterday almost 1 whole week after Christmas, unacceptable given the date I ordered it. I also did email multiple times and got no response. When I called, I could barely understand the person and it was no help in answering my questions.
