Dec 28,2024The product was ordered on Dec. 13 and my receipt indicated that it would be sent out in 3-5 working days. This would have meant no later than Dec. 20, which I thought would be plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. It didn't arrive and when I called, I was informed that it had been sent out on Dec. 24, but it has not yet been received. I have to leave the country for three weeks and I hoped that it would be here to take with me. Now it looks like it won't arrive before I go (Dec. 29) and had I known that, I wouldn't have even ordered it. Customer service was not very helpful and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with GiftExpress. I cannot see why I would order anything through this service again.

Dec 28,2024Ive been trying to get in contact with someone and no one responds … I had an issue with a package that was supposedly delivered but the package was no where to be found … next day of package being marked as delivered the mail man drops of my package on my steps… perfect. When I open my package one of my six perfumes weren’t sent. On the package slip it’s crossed off and has something scribbled on it , I’m thinking it says refund but not sure. Regardless I never received the perfume nor a refund. I’ve been writing on the chat and nothing …. I’ve ordered multiple times before and never had an issue until now.
