The price and the speedy delivery.
My order was held up for days because the vendor suspected fraud when I wanted delivery to a different address than my billing address. I confirmed that it was correct via email, then by phone, but it seemed to be a lot of hassle. I order stuff online all winter to be shipped to my Florida address with no problem from many other vendors.

The item I ordered came very late even though I added next day shipping. I sent a message to you guys and never got a response back for that shipping enhancement to get returned to me.
Hi. Your product is always highly satisfying. Previous orders were delivered in 3-5 days. This time delivery took almost two weeks, which was disappointing. I had ordered for a birthday gift and it arrived late. I wrote a couple of times asking for tracking. Never received reply. This won’t hold me from buying again, but you need to improve delivery and customer service. Thanks in advance for your future assistance.

Slow to ship. Said 3-5 days to revive. Took nearly 2 weeks. No communication.

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered three fragrances to qualify for free shipping, but they sent me a wrong item. After contacting customer service, they offered me to keep it and give me 5% discount along with price difference. But i refused because i wanted the correct item, they gave me a return label and i returned it to UPS, after a few days surprisingly they issued a refund without my consent instead of sending the correct product. Now, they expect me to reorder and pay extra shipping fees! The customer service is awful—unprofessional and dismissive. I also doubt the authenticity of their fragrances, as the whole operation feels fake and shady. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Dec 20,2024Nov 28th - ordered a 6.7oz bottle of Aqua di Gio cologne. Dec 2nd - ordered arrived, but bottle had broken and all contents had leaked out. Dec 2nd - sent first email back to GiftExpress. Dec 10th - after not receiving any response, called their customer service line and was told to send my complaint, photos, and full 2 minute unpackaging video to their csr email address. I did that and received an automated message. Have not heard anything since. For packaging, they took the standard cologne box, put a thin layer of bubble wrap and then put it in a plastic envelope mailer.
