Always read good and bad reviews about the longevity but I’m in love and def last on me.The price was super good for the brand and arrived in less than a week considering I live outside US.

Customer service called they needed an address and I once again provided the address and confirmed with the person I was speaking with. 2 days later no shipping info. Called back and they tell me they don’t have an address to ship the perfume. It was a birthday present that didn’t arrived on time. Perfume wasn’t packed with cushion to protect the pefume box.

Dec 18,2024Placed an order on Thursday 12/12/2024, It's 12/17/2024 and I haven't received any shipping updates via email, like most normal people would expect. Every time I called they said 24-48 hours, and there's going to be updates. So I finally called and requested to cancel, at this point the order hasn't been received by the carrier who was supposed to deliver it, and now they cannot cancel the order. Makes no sense at all if they haven't sent it out yet. Don't Use, Don't Trust a word their representatives say. Dom B.

Dec 17,2024The only thing I have to complain about is when I ordered it never gave me and estimated date that I would get my purfume and it took forever to get a delivery date as well. Other than that I got my order in a decent time.
