Dec 22,2023After a year of applying for jobs as a graduate I started working with recruiters and I found it much more preferrable to applying directly as companies love to ghost your applications. GAGO was great for getting me into a job as a data analyst and Joe Goddard was extremely helpful and encouraging, chasing after the company I applied for through countless delays and rescheduling, eventually receiving the offer after a month of interviewing. Definitely would recommend giving them a try if you're a graduate at a loose end for what to do next!

She really kept me going when I was about to give up with jobs and helped me with interview prep. She was amazing at responding to emails and would provide me with many updates over the phone. Sep 11,2023After applying for a Project Manager role on their website, I was contacted very promptly by Joe Goddard to verify my application. I went through three rounds of interviews with the company I applied for and although I wasn't offered the position in the end, I wanted to leave a review for Joe because he gave me such an exceptional level of service and I really appreciated his time and effort throughout the whole process. Joe managed my expectations perfectly and always completed the actions he promised. He was extremely on the ball and always very friendly, supportive and responsive. Although I just missed out on this opportunity, I felt like he genuinely really cared about me securing this position and did everything he could to make it happen - but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be, which was completely out of our control. I've never written a review for a recruiter before for any jobs that I've secured in the past (never mind unsuccessful applications!) - however I still felt the need to write a review because I was so impressed with the level of service I received here. Joe is a real asset to Give A Grad A Go and I'm looking forward to hopefully working together more in the future. Big thank you!

Aug 22,2023Applied for a job through this agency in June/July, all was good until the interview. Around the time of the interview I was given preparation which turned out to be pointless but I appreciated that this wasn't necessarily their fault. However after the interview I never heard again, including not being told I had in fact been rejected. Additionally, it became clear early in the application that their labelling of the job title was misleading, however I was happy to go along with it at the time.

I also got help through the interview process where he gave me tips and trick to make sure I secured the job, couldn’t reccomend them enough
