I ordered a model kit for my daughter which Gizzmo Heaven sent through Royal Mail as I specified. Through no fault of Gizzmo Heaven's the package never arrived, but when I contacted them on the issue they immediately and without quibble offered a refund or replacement at their own cost. When I specified a replacement they liaised with Royal Mail independently and not only advised me that the same would probably happen due to the solvent-based paint I'd ordered, but also recommended another option which would get through. I then received the replacement two days later. I was very impressed by the level of support received and will 100% be a returning customer.

Communication between customer and company was first class. My order was promptly made up and sent. Delivery was very quick considering it came from Jersey. All in all, an excellent company to do business with. I will certainly be using them again and I recommend others to use them also.

Have ordered many times before from Gizzmo Heaven but never through paypal. Either PayPal systems don't talk with GH address details or GH has an issue, either way address was incomplete on first despatch of item (still waiting for delivery). Had to email and complain that my address was incomplete and GH sent out cable 1st class next day delivery. Excellent service in the end but can't give 5 stars due to initial issue.
