Ordered modelling paint (20 tins) and was very happy with the service and comms. The products were the cheapest at time of search and with a further 10% discount made for an excellent bargain. Highly recommended

After placing the order, the response was promt and products were delivered on time. One of the stuffs I ordered was wrong but after my notice I was sent the right product immediately. A mistake happened but good customer service made it up to me. I am satisfied, also it was a very good deal.

Everything I ordered turned up, even the glass bottle was undamaged. The only thing that let me down was the delivery company. I hope they change to a more reliable one. The delivery woman tried repeatedly to deliver the parcel in the afternoon. I was waiting in every weekday until 12.30 as parcels usually come in the morning. Because she would only come round in the afternoon she couldn't get access to the building because the trades button only opens the door in the morning, so she failed to put a card through the door and I had no idea she had my parcel. Eventually she got my phone number. I told her I'm never in in the afternoon, she wouldn't deliver in the morning so I had to collect it from her house - which is less than half a mile from my delivery address!
