Who, in my experience, then owns the request / issue / whatever and invariably manages it to conclusion, often there and then on the spot. When other GJW staff need to be involved a solution is always provided with out any further 'progress chasing' from me. And all this at competitive pricing in relation to their peer insurance companies. What's not to 'like'. John Morris
