Nov 14,2024Utterly useless. You can't do anything with your policy on the website and yet you have to listen to some surly woman telling you that you can, for the best part of three minutes. I have been hung up on. I requested an adjustment to my policy renewal because the boat is now stored ashore and is being sold. So from being able to cruise to the bay of Biscay and all the risk that goes with being afloat etc the reduction in premium was £17 (£217 to 200). This industry is simply a rip off.
