Dec 18,2024GJW Direct I have renewed with them It helps with mooring fee's and works with premier marina. Fortunately I have had not needed to make a claim so can't comment on that. I have asked for up grade on value due to new engine ect. This they said was put on the system. It is nice to be able to speak to someone. This for me is a Big plus Thank you.

Jeremy Entwistle handled my claim and was brilliant from start to finish, very fast and precise with the process. Although I was devastated by the damage to my sailing dinghy, I’m so glad it was insured with GJW.

Dec 17,2024I have only had one claim a few years ago but there was no argument GJW paid out on all the items required on the damage to our Barge and even when further related items needed replacement due to incompatible or not available items they did not falter. That’s why I have stayed with them for the last 17 years
