They had glass delivered all from the glass manufacture, which was a bonus for me as delivery was split. Will use it again for the next QS job.

Apr 15,2024Extremely happy with my new bi fold doors. Easy online ordering, received a call to check order details, delivery service was excellent with everything very well packaged and protected. This is my first time installing/glazing bi folds as a DIY project to replace pvc french doors and was successful after following the instructions and doing plenty of research. I'm very pleased with the overall quality at a good price too. I read a few bad reviews but I would recommend based on my own personal experience.

Apr 05,2024Severely disappointed by the quality and level of service provided by glass openings. We purchased a window a few months ago, the delivery took longer than expected but we weren’t initially concerned about this. After receiving the order it was then stored for a couple of months whilst our extension was being finished. After the window had been fitted and extension finished we started a deep clean of the house. When we cleaned the window with warm soapy water we initially noticed some minor discolouration which we thought was due to the surface being damp. We cleaned the entire window the same. Once dried the next day we realised parts of the actual window had been discoloured despite cleaning it all the same. We raised this with glass openings based on the fact this was a brand new window and had been cleaned in line with their aftercare. They also apparently supply a 10 year warranty on the colour lasting on their product. After trying to just refer us to their manufacturer, despite our contract being with them, they’ve refused to provide any solutions to fixing the faulty product. They’ve sent nobody to inspect the product itself but deem it to not be covered by the warranty so are wiping their hands of the issue. This is accompanied by it taking weeks to actually get responses from them. Steer well clear - we wish we’d seen the other reviews.

Mar 09,2024I really wanted to be able to give a 5 star review because I have been impressed with both the quality of the product and the people. However I was sent one door that was too big and after everyone assuming it was fitting issues and spending over a week attempting to fit the doors (at my expense), we were heard and a new door sent. We got it a few weeks later and fitted it within 2 hours. Great but frustrating. We also had the glass in and out so many times it got scratched…I think this was avoidable. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and I love the doors, they feel great…any advice on removing small scratches would be appreciated.

Dec 13,2023Received a broken window, when I complained I was told it was broken being put on the delivery lorry the night before. They still went ahead and delivered the broken window!! They said they tried to ring me the night before delivery but I didn't pick up so they went ahead with delivery of the broken window! I saw the missed call and rang back early the next day, was told they didn't know why I was rang ! Broken window was delivered whilst I was off site. The men I arranged to be on site for the delivery were told it was ok it was broken they all know and are aware. Glass Openings knew they were delivering a broken window, I didn't!! Still waiting for a solution and a replacement unit!

Nov 17,2023When purchasing products from the internet and not having the opportunity to look at the quality of the product, it’s easy to be sceptical about something that appears to be too cheap to be any good, I ordered a set of bifold doors for a garden office build so took the chance and I can honestly say the quality and manufacturing of these doors are spot on the ironmongery, handle set, door guide kit are excellent and work effortlessly and by no means feel cheap they are definitely built to last, All that added to the excellent customer service and after care supporting me with some installation advice was spot on Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend specify or install again and all at a very competitive price Well done to the whole team Thank you

Sep 13,2023On the 5th of June, 2023, I've ordered a bifold door. Glassopenings said that the door frame and the glass will be delivered at the same time. After three weeks, the door frame was delivered but no the glazing. Two weeks later, they delivered the glazing, but the driver damaged one of my units. I had to wait another two weeks to have it replaced. All this time, I had a hole in my wall, waiting for the glazing. I also struggled installing the glazing (beads and gasket), and I called the customer service. They said that I had to insist because everything should work fine. After 5 hours of struggling, emails and calls, they said " Sorry for the inconvenience but we sent you the wrong beading".!!!. I had to wait another week for the new beading and they sent me the wrong ones. AGAIN!! And, again, wait for the right pieces another two weeks. When the beading finally arrived, I needed to cut everything at the right dimensions because it was wrongly cut! This order was a mess (delays and unprofessionalism), and I had my living room open for nearly two months. And now, after three months, the door still have malfunctions, but nobody replies to my repeated emails.

Sep 07,2023I was scared to order because of the reviews but love my sliding door! Didn't get a Price lower for sliders so took the risk- was a pain with the install because there was no paper manual but they helped over the phone and sent some demo videos.
