Mar 05,2021I choose the GLEAC Benchmark for my clients because it is easy to use, very accurate in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your human skills and is accredited by the British Psychological society. The ease of roll out for me was 8 out of 10. And I have used the Benchmark results to coach a supervisor into becoming a manager, to align skills of new hires around the C Suite Manager and to move persons into roles that they will be more suitable for.

Mar 04,2021I liked taking lessons on various topics, especially "Effectively dealing with negative feedback", "Collaboration", "Time Management", etc. Did enjoy these short learning sessions and took majority of them while traveling in cabs (...part of time management ;) ).The videos were well thought of and gave good insights. Also, loved reading replies to the same questions from other fellow participants/mentors.
