Oct 19,2021It was an enjoyable journey. Many things we have been doing in life, but through the micro learning, it made me introspect and realize how to improve on it. Mentor feedbacks were mostly similar, but I would like to have a personal feedback from some mentors on my replies. GLEAC has definitely helped me learn more about myself. Overall a very good experience

Oct 03,2021Some of the exercises call for in-depth knowledge of a subject - such as the various forms of emotions which is not necessarily common knowledge, the lessons are overall very informative and calls for introspection which is always a good thing! You are never too old to learn. Overall a good experience and worth the time spent! I personally believe that I have grown and gotten to know myself a lot better since I've had the first GLEAC experience. Well done to the GLEAC team for well thought out and presented interactive content.

Sep 02,2021It was an innovative and fun experience, I felt that I was learning from myself too. I'm giving a 4-stars review only because I couldn't choose two different options in one question that asked so, and that confused me. Also, it took a little longer than expected to initiate, but it may vary depending on the internet connection I guess. Other than that, the platform moved smoothly and I believe that this model of learning and growing is awesome!

Sep 01,2021Academic approach to leadership is something known to all of us who have almost 30 years of experience behind us. This programme would be more helpful if individual participants would have been more closely watched by coaches through interactive sessions and their weakness pointed out.

Aug 27,2021This is a different kind of experience. Everyday we are learning something new, relevant and meaningful. My only suggestion is that the mentor replies should be made available in emails too so that we can go through it again, if required, for better understanding and clarity of the topic
