I must express my admiration for the remarkable experience I've had. What stands out to me is the exceptional organization and precision of the team. Their processes are meticulously defined, each with a clear rationale, and they've put a lot of thought into crafting them. I also want to highlight Sallyan's scientific approach to mitigate evaluator biases, which involves a thorough evaluation of mentors by different team members independently. They then convene to discuss their assessments, which results in a highly logical and systematic process. Anke's impressive Excel skills and automation further enhance the efficiency of the team. It's truly a dream team to collaborate with!
