Nov 23,2022There were times when I felt hopeless and sidelined despite being good at my job. The gleac lessons helped in making me see things from a neutral perspective and where I could improve upon in my interactive and build up confidence in dealing with others. Self respect and doing what I love is something to look forward every day and nobody can take away that from me. I feel privileged to be in a position where I do not think what others think of me.

I learned that I could be part of the solution to any toxic work culture by speaking up or receiving or giving feedback. The speakers were very knowledgeable and shared practical insights.
