Sep 16,2024I only ordered bubble wrap which is hard to get wrong. My issue was that I ordered the product just after 4pm on Thursday and noticed the next day delivery headline all over the site which is why I chose them as I needed the material for the weekend. I paid £5 for next day delivery but I didn’t get it until Monday afternoon which was no good to me. I know I missed the cut off but still expected it would arrive no later than saturday. So the next day delivery seems to expire 4pm Thursday. Now I didn’t read the terms and conditions properly so maybe my fault but even there it states that if you order Friday it won’t arrive until Monday, but I didn’t order Friday I ordered Thursday ! Next time, use Amazon. Because they really will get it delivered next day.

Sep 20,2024There was a problem with delivery and goods were returned to Globes Warehouse . It was actually the carrier who was at fault and once i made Globe aware of the problem they rectified it to my satisfaction
