Oct 25,2024Decided to have a declutter of items no longer required/in the loft etc., now that eBay are offering 'free selling' to private individuals. Wanting to pack my items securely, one needs decent packaging material at a fair price. For my needs, everything from various sizes of packing boxes, brown paper rolls, sellotape, brown tape etc. Step forward Globepackaging - all my needs from one company and free next day delivery on orders over £50.00 + VAT., to which my order duly arrived the next day. Well done. N.B. Their website is easy to navigate through to purchase.

Oct 22,2024My original view of this company was not the most positive, but customer services reached out to me to explain and apologise and that has really changed my opinion. Bubble wrap arrived not packaged, simply rolled and held together by a bit of tape. This had resulted in the first few metres being ripped, absolutely filthy and useless. When you're paying for something by the metre, you don't want to lose several metres simply for having it delivered. Plus both ends were so scuffed that the entire roll had wastage. I did talk to customer services, but the size of the item and the returns policy made it financially unrealistic to return the item. Upon reading this review customer services reached out to me and explained that it is their policy to send out bubble wrap in a bag. It may have been the case that the bag was overlooked on this occasion, or was lost in transit and the delivery company have simply stuck another label on the side of the roll of bubble wrap. Mistakes happen, companies have to rely on their delivery contractors to get goods to their customers in a fit state. I think we all understand that, often it's the way that the company deals with these issues that make all the difference. I have to commend Globe Packaging for reaching out and for discussing resolutions with me. Thank you.

Oct 18,2024I would not recommend this company as their delivery timeframe is not kept to and their customer service is shocking. I ordered Wednesday for next day delivery which cost me £4.99, they didn't turn up Thursday, I contacted them first thing Friday and they said they can resend some out but wont be here until Monday.... Terrible and won't be using or recommending this company to anyone.

Oct 17,2024I was let down by another company and went with Globe Packaging ( which I should have done in the first instance ) it's not the horticultural bubble wrap I needed, but time was running out to insulate the newly built greenhouse, but will do all the same. I'm not a regular customer, but when I do need packaging supplies, I use Globe Packaging. I've never been let down and customer service and delivery times are excellent. I highly recommend them.
