In terms of service the site was very easy to use and even though I paid for faster shipping, I live in a rural area and my order came early which is very rare.

I ordered the product days before the due delivery date which was 24thDec . I sent a note to the delivery company to leave it in the porch if we weren't in . A text was sent straight back confirming this ! I ordered a glitter ball for my granddaughter for Xmas . 3 hrs later I received a text from the delivery company confirming that I had changed the date to 27th which I never did !!! I was furious knowing that one little girl would now be very disappointed on Xmas day !!! There was no way I could get in touch with them to tell them it was a mistake! It was delivered on 27th , now too late !! Disappointment all round . It was delivered in the end on 27th.

After having not received my original parcel because the Royal mail failed to even attempt to deliver it, I emailed this company. Several emails have since gone back was in forwards with different questions and they have been answered instantly. By that I mean within a couple of hours. Sometimes even quicker. I certainly cannot fault the customer service. It's quick and efficient and having told them about the first-order not arriving, they re-ordered and I got it the very next day. You can't argue with that.

Ordered a flashing Antler and payed extra for fast delivery. It came very fast but It was going flashing on one antler. Sent them an e-mail explaining, and they apologized and said keep the faulty one and i got another one the next day. Apart for that its a great item.

I have ordered two flash lights butterflies and next day decided to add another one. I gave company a call and with no problem they shipped all three together. Great service and high quality products. It's already 2 years gone and butterfly is still working 👍. How crazy is that 😂

Easy to order website which had exactly what I was looking for. Item arrived on day stated which was great. Only disappointment was that 2 of the glowing necklaces did not work. Out of an order of 12 it did not seem worth contacting for replacements as they were intended for a work Christmas party. This aside, a good website which prices are competitive.
