Nov 27,2018Please read it all! Bad thing made good. This starts in not such a good way but ends with 4 stars... I placed an order for next day delivery which unfortunately did not arrive the next day, or the next. I emailed Glowsticks but the expected delivery day was a Saturday so would need to wait until Monday. On the Monday, I had a very decent email apology along with an assurance that the order would be resent, and the original delivery charge refunded. It would appear that the original order had disappeared as there was no trace on the delivery site etc. The following day, sure enough, the new delivery came - and so did the original delivery! I let Glowsticks know what had happened, asking if they would arrange for collection of the extra items etc. I was told to keep both orders by way of an apology! AND they refunded the original delivery charge, as promised. The way things are dealt with if they happen to go wrong (and things do go wrong sometimes!) rates very highly for me.

Nov 27,2018Ordered a batch of illuminated Viking Helmets. They arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, the batteries in nearly 20% of them were dead and had to be replaced. Not the end of the world as I found out before it would have become an embarrassment, but quite annoying nevertheless.

Nov 24,2018Ordering process and packaging and delivery speed excellent. Two wearable items also excellent. BUT 4 in 1 laser pens (bought 4) are pretty useless. No instructions or info and 2 didn't work at all, 1 dimmly worked and 1 quite good. Fiddling about, changing batteries etc made them all work more or less but totally hopeless to use as presents as intended. What a shame!
