Jan 09,2020As I,ve explained to your customer service in the email, it wasn,t a false review when it was wrote. If you look the traking you have posted you can see I wrote the review the 9 january and the package arrived the 11th. The tracking link wasn,t working so I couldn,t know where it was. My only "crime" was that I didn,t update the review saying that I finaly received the package. I don,t think that means you can call me a lier. Have a nice day.

Dec 10,2020It might be just because I live in the Netherlands, but I ordered gingerbread man cookie cutters a couple of weeks ago. It was said to be delivered on December third, but I didn’t get it. I waited for a little while but I still didn’t get it and on december 6th I decided to message goggly through Amazon. I told them that I didn’t get my order, but they didn’t send me a clear message back. They just said that the order should already be at my address. Well not exactly did they “tell” it, it was more of an amazon delivery image mail without any text. I was utterly confused so today I emailed Amazon and they told me that my delivery wasn’t even sent in the first place. Now they’re going to give my money back. Quite depressing since I was really looking forward to making these cookies. So for me it was a terrible experience.
