I purchased wood floor. It was wrong color then I returned it. Make sure you get right color. Mohawk charges a high restocking fee. Otherwise the company was honest and kept their word.
Im never one to write reviews but I am extremely satisfied with my experience that I felt I needed to share with those who may be interested. So I ordered from these guys their carpet tile for my office a couple months back which came in immaculate condition so I didnt hesitate on their hardwood selection and quality. I ordered the Brazilian Cherry solid wood and it was definitely the product I wanted for my entire house renovation. The color was exactly what I was looking for. I specifically ordered a little more than I needed incase some of them might be damaged or might be slightly different in color which can always happen when ordering hardwood floors. Thank you for being completely upfront and discussing all the details about the product and shipment. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks!!
This is my 4th order within the last month with this company. Another easy transaction, floors worked out perfect.
Awesome floors.. We had an issue with delivery and go hardwood took care of it quickly. Could not be more happy with the product and service..
I'm a residential contractor and I purchased this flooring for my home and did the work myself. The hard wood floor that I received has a lot of imperfections. They are as follows: - Board width of each board was inconsistent by 1/8 of an inch even after acclimating wood inside for a month at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. - 90% of the boards were very short in length measuring between 12 and 16 inches in length making it difficult to stagger them and close gaps in the consecutive rows because it will not bend. - Tongue was also broken off on many boards - Board ends on many boards were not square. This was evident when using a framing square. It was off by 1/32 to 1/18 of an inch making it impossible to close gaps in the flooring. - About 10% of the boards had cracks in them that can be seen only after installation was completed and the new floor was shined and buffed. Most of theses ran about 3-4 inches down from the end of the boards, but many were in the middle of the boards. After taking into account for waste when I had originally purchased the wood (about 1,800 square feet) for a remodeling project and an addition on my house the wood was in a controlled environment in my home at a constant temperature the entire time. Even though it had taken me about 2 years to install this flooring I'm still not finished. I have about 350 square feet left to finish. I'm at a point right now that I'm tired if fighting this flooring to get it installed. I'm not even sure with all of the problems encountered that I'll have enough to finish the job. I'm tempted to order wood from another manufacturer that will have accurate engineering and milling so I won't be aggravated in trying to finish now that I'm in the home stretch. As a contractor and serving my customers who are always looking for cost effective materials I wood not recommend this wood for installation because even though the installation is a nightmare the finished result leaves a lot to be desired. When I had installed the first floor I had paid top dollar for the wood from a local company, but I was able to install it within a week and it was perfect. Even though I had paid a discount price for the second floor I was still expecting wood in excellent condition since it is an exotic wood. Lesson learned. In response to the reply below: While I understand that the "builder" selection might have some imperfections that set it apart from the "premium" wood, a company of good morals should never sell wood that is nearly impossible to install that requires trimming and copious wood filler to get the boards to literally fit together upon installation. Having tongues missing/broken off from boards and ends that are not square goes beyond being categorized as a more economic "builders" quality. This wood possesses more than the expected imperfections. If it was simply imperfections (such as some cracks throughout pieces of wood), then yes, we could call this an imperfect batch for the lower price. This wood is defective as it is impossible to install as tongue-and-groove hardwood floors due to their defects and therefore, should not be sold. It would be more better suited as scrap wood. And to be clear - the length of the pieces can be figured out and worked with to make a professional and beautiful floor. But the defective issue resides in the fact that the boards simply can't be put together due to improper milling of the boards themselves, resulting in irregular widths that can NOT be corrected to install beautiful floors. An 1/8" gap is noticable and takes away from the natural Brazilian beauty. This is NOT "builders" quality. No one can use this wood and produce gapless/seamless floors.
Great products and price...
I will buy from them again
Great customer service and the best prices I could find!
Good selection and price
We have had our hardwood floors for two year and so for no issues.
I’ve ordered a few samples before we decide on an actual color. Even though it’s just been samples, the staff reached out to see if I need any assistance and have been extremely helpful. Samples were full size planks and arrived extremely quick.
I was skeptical at first, that for 2-3$ per square foot that i would be happy with the product. I was blown away at how nice it was, and how good it looks. Will buy again!
I ordered over $2000 worth of hardwood and about 60% of it was damaged and go hardwood said they would refund me but never has. Besides that every bit of the flooring you sent was 6” to 12” pieces a bunch of seconds. I would stay clear of these people they are a bunch of crooks. I did call you several times the damaged hardwood is sill sitting in a shipping Container I had to buy to store it. No you have never tried to fix this order you are a bunch of crooks I took pictures and got a signature from the truck driver telling you that over 60% of this load was damaged. And it wasn’t damaged from the carrier it came from your facility that way. If you are not a bunch of crooks I still have every bit of the crap you sent me. Send me a refund and a truck and you can take this crap back with you. And I did call you several times you stopped answering my phone calls. As I said it’s sitting here where it was delivered to you can make it right just let me know. Let all your future customers know how you will take care of them when they spend their hard earned money with you. If you don’t make this right then I’ll post again on here that you are a bunch of crooks and I’ll put a hardwood company name that got me the correct hardwood I needed and had it here very very fast. I’ll be waiting on your response Everyone from the time I wrote this review they have sent me a check to make up for the damaged hardwood they sent me. Thank you Gohardwood

Purchased via Amazon. The box arrived unscathed, and all the parts were inside. Followed the directions to assemble, and voila! a beautiful nightstand. At the price, it is a tremendous value. I'll probably get another.
