He listened to my needs as a new widow and was able to help me make my purchase. All other staff members were also very courteous while directing me on the phone or leaving messages. Mine was an interesting journey as I am now widowed. I knew from past experience, but not as a widow with big decisions. My computers needed updating, there was a glitch in using my credit card for an address mismatch issue I had to rectify with my banker. Robin was with me all the way and took his time to help. I was determined to get this in Priority mail yesterday. With a line behind me and the postal workers ready to close up shop, I sent my check and documents. I am anxiously awaiting my purchase and thank you very much for being patient with me.
