Jan 15,2025Terrible service and they take advantage of the majority of the investors, like me, who know little about investing in precious metals. They massively inflate their prices at purchase so it’s difficult to make a positive return. I’m 15 years in and losing 30% of my precious metals investment, In one day 2 weeks ago my American Eagle silver coins lost 25% of their value. Overnight!! These were almost my entire investment. That was dumb advice too!! Tho the other coins I bought somehow lost value too. No one can explain to me why but all the Goldline and Goldstar reps agree it doesn’t make sense. No one can reference where their pricing comes from and they all just give other numbers to call within their organization and partners. I played this game for a while and stopped when the last person I talked to referred me back to a department I already talked to. Just look at the arrogant pompous rude responses from Goldline on these one and two star reviews. This is a pathetic and seemingly corrupt company
