I really liked it and didn’t want to return it and not receive the replacement before my birthday. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Oct 19,2023They are good at responding when you’re buying the jewelry but when there is a need for an exchange or replacement, they do not respond. I have been waiting since June 2023 to receive a response and status on the jury that I sent back for replacement, and I have not gotten an answer an email or a phone call back from anybody.

Oct 12,2023The choker didn't have pave links all the way around as the site showed when arrived and receipt said NO RETURNS (WEBSITE ADVERTISED NO HASSLE RETURNS?????).I gave John from customer serv a photo and he said "OH WE SENT YOU AN ANKLET BY MISTAKE" with label to return. THE REPLACEMENT WAS SAME ANKLET and then they wouldn't answer me again.....crickets.

Oct 10,2023I ordered two sets of dice as gifts for my Mahjong friends and they arrived in a beautiful gift box with a plush little velvet bag. Because I was giving two gifts I wrote to customer support and asked them if they could send me an additional box and bag and literally within hours, I got a response with a nice note, and the promise to ship me exactly what I had asked for. Excellent customer service! By the way, the dice are spectacular, they are going to love them!

I contacted Gold Pres and they had me send in my anklet for a replacement.They were very fast with responding to me and kept me updated the whole time. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Sep 22,2023I ordered an 18in Cuban chain but needed to exchange for a 16in. Gold Pres responded quickly with a return label and issued the refund as soon as I sent the return. My order for the 16in shipped out immediately too. The chain is beautiful. I got the white gold one and can’t wait to get the 16in to wear it.
