Mar 01,2025Stephen Mercer is a great instructor. He is very knowledgeable on the material and shares his perspectives about topics from his career. I will say the course material is very dry, but he does his best to keep it interesting. By far, the greatest value from this course is all the resources that you are provided in order to not only be successful on the test but to also benefit you as you move through your career.

Mar 01,2025Complete, variable as needed, clear information, good feedback processing. I would recommend this course to any mid management area of business. It is geared to larger corportate structure instead of small business but it will help greatly in understanding reactions and in methods to help smaller businesses have pertinent input that will help larger processes that are not feet on the ground types.

The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was engaging and knowledgeable, and the online materials were well-organized and easy to follow. Feb 03,2025The course with Stephen was well-structured, and he did a great job breaking down complex concepts in a way that made them easy to understand. He always provided resources for the team to access. Despite this 220 question exam (whew!!!), he kept the sessions engaging and encouraged participation, which made the virtual format feel more interactive. Overall, it was a sold learning experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build there PM skills.

He would stop if there were questions and also follow that chat to ensure everyone was heard. I was impressed with the amount of information that was shared on the G Drive for my future use.
