Aug 03,2024Stephen Mercer is a great trainer! He was super helpful, responsive and answered everyone's questions. There was about 30 people in my class virtually. We received a few 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. I really appreciated that all the resources were available before the class even started so I could make sure my notes were accurate and up to date. Thank you

Aug 03,2024Stephen's way of speaking, and the organization of the material was great. The schedule was good. The presentation of the material was good. Hands on activities were lacking, but would have added a significant amount of time, probably not worth the trouble to add in. Overall, this was high quality and very comprehensive.

May 10,2024The training was great. It did feel a bit like being talked at/to and could benefit from more interactive breaks. There was a good balance of attendees that using a method of calling someone out to tee them up for the next question would be a good tool at keeping people focused and feel more involved. However, Paula voice and cadence were good at offsetting this a good bit making it still very captivating. All the real-life use cases were great references. The information and training materials provided were greatly appreciated and will be very useful. She also referenced a lot of tools and resources to gather outside of the training that were beneficial.

Mar 13,2024If you're preparing for the PMP exam, GSC's course is a must!! Paula, the instructor, was highly knowledgable and the class participation was great. I learned a lot and feel more prepared to test. The course also spawned a study group, so the learning continues. Thank you, GSC!

Mar 12,2024I wanted to share my feedback on Paula’s class. If I had to describe her in one word, it would be impressive. She is confident, knowledgeable, experienced, and well-read with PMI and subject matter content. Her breadth of experience is value added as she frequently had multiple industry experiences to share and clarify points. I enjoyed her class, and she managed to present the content and manage the attendees quite well, as there were over 40, not including Gold Standard resources. I am also a university faculty, and I can be strict in rating presentation style and content. In this regard, Paula would receive my highest rating. Professionally, I am working through the exam application process and can provide additional information following my taking of the exam regarding how well I feel she prepared me for the exam. Thank you, and if I require additional training in areas offered by Gold Standard Certifications, I will certainly look there first!

Mar 06,2024Instructor did a great job. To cover all of that content and keep everyone engaged was a challenge but Paula managed. The folks in the class I believe we all did well to engage with one another via chat. Etc. if this format had been done pre Covid probably would have been different reactions from students. I found it fascinating how we all connected and stayed connected and engaged throughout the four days. The tools are there for us to work with to prep now. If someone is looking for an economical, efficient, and effective way to prep for exam this is a great option.
