Apr 15,2024I think since I've been getting gold standard nutients meals I feel more active and have more energy, I've been a chef for over 27 years and I thinks the food is excellent value for money and would recommend it to my friends . My favourite is spice chicken and Blackburn, fabulous, and also since purchased the meal have loss weight and feel more relaxed and can do things I would have dreamed of.

Apr 15,2024I love these meals. I am currently 7 months pregnant and still working a full time job so I find they are really very helpful. They taste incredible as an added bonus. My fave is the chicken katsu and I do like the buffalo chicken too!!! They are all lovely

Apr 15,2024Love the meals from GSN, have literally got my whole family into them now! The frozen chicken breasts are so handy and really tasty - I find sometimes they can be fatty and poorly textured from other places but I haven’t had a poor GSN one yet. Love the wraps too, the chicken tikka is a personal fave! My husband takes a ready meal everyday to work and keeps him full until he comes home without going to the food van!
