Ordered a few bits for my husband for xmas, Jacket, socks and some gloves. Order placed on tuesday , delivered safely by thursday. Hope he likes them :)

What went wrong. Were did it go wrong. I had no problems with my ordering and deliveries. Was I lucky I paid all my thing with creditcard. It is a shame that this site is out of business

Just to let all people now if you paid with your debit card instead of credit card you can still make a claim for your money back because company's like visit debit have to offer a refund policy for rip of company's like this. Good luck and get in touch with your bank.

I used to buy from these guys and they used to be very long on delivery (Sorry, there was a mistake in the web, we need to wait for the stock, etc..). In other words they used to take your money, order the goods to the manufacturer, and then deliver them to you after 5-10 weeks. Now we are in phase 2: they just get your money. No delivery at all. No more phone numbers on the web to contact, no answers from emails, etc... I just got my money back for 270£ after a dispute with the Credit Card. Forget these guys. They are the Arsenio Lupin of the web.

They took my money, made me waiting for 3 months and then send me half of my order. It means 1 items instead of 2 ordered. No answers to my complains even by mail or phone. I have all the documentation proving all the story!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AND SUGGEST TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Like many others I was caught by the sudden liquidation of this firm when they were holding some £128 of mine while purportedly waiting for titleist to deliver an order. Now confirmed from their local Trading Standadrds office that they have gone bust!

Not sure what's going on but staff laid off and premises closed if your in cardiff area use american golf or go on website will deliver on time and you'll get your goods you ordered.

If like me you have ordered products from this company you will almost certainly not get the product or your money back. I was notified of this yesterday by an insolvency company Doyle Davies of Cardiff . As I ordered using a debit card I have very little comeback - always use a credit card ! I was attracted to the site by the fact that they had trusted online retailer status ( 8 reasons to buy from us ) , the fact it was run by Golf Professionals , and thirdly they were internet partners with all their suppliers all of which means ultimately nothing. Disturbingly I have been told by another retailer they may still be selling on e bay but I cannot substantiated this.

Used this website on one occasion and never ended up receiving my goods, any refund or any apology for that matter. Never had such poor service from a supposedly 'reputable' company. As I live in Cardiff this establishment was fairly local so thought it would be a good place to purchase from, obviously I was wrong. Since this awful experience I've been using Cardiff Golf Centre in Old St. Mellons and have to say they're an absolute breath of fresh air compared the horrendous service from this place. If you're local to Cardiff and want a good deal (where you'll actually receive your goods as well!!!) then I implore you to visit Cardiff Golf Centre; the polar opposite of golfbuyitonline, great service, great deals, and more importantly a great driving range to try out your new gear.

Unless you payed by Credit card you won't get your money back. I didn't so I've lost mine unfortunately. I'm sorry to here there are many others like me. The issue as I see it is this company continued to fraudulently trade trying to collect as much money as it could by offering 20%--30%--and 40% discounts to attract as much business as it could before pulling the plug. I urge you like others and myself to fill out a form on actionfraudpolice.co.uk the more of us that do this the better our chances of bringing this pair to account. The Professional Golfers Association has been informed about what these supposed P G A Proffesionals have been doing and are looking into it. I suggest you e-mail them at [email protected] and tell the association of your experience. We need to stop these people being in the Golf trade forever.

This company has been trading since 1999 and has had good business off the local people in and around South Wales. The way they have treated loyal customers throughout Britain & Europe is absolutely disgraceful. Both the directors are PGA pro's who should never own another business or teach in the golf industry again.They have ripped me off for £800 of which I have no way of getting my money back, I had golf vouchers as an xmas present off my family which are now worthless. Ordered Footjoy junior shoes for my 13yr old daughter at end of Feb. She paid me for them from birthday money. Had a call next day to say they'd not be able to deliver until start of April but could give us green/white shoes instead of silver/white ordered or the silver/white in a size 5 (not much use as she needs 4 which is why I ordered a 4!). Anyway, I said we'd wait as last time we bought her Footjoy shoes they took around 4 weeks; think lots of places only order as they need them. Of course then, when they were due and nothing arrived, I called them...just rang and rang. I tried several numbers I found for them, some chargeable, but nothing. Then next day tried to call again and got an answerphone on which I left a message with my phone number, no return call received. Next I e-mailed, no reply...so now I've realised there's a problem! I called my credit card company who have sent me a form to ask for a refund and let them deal with it. I've looked this company up and it would appear they're affiliated to a golf club, driving range, pro shop etc. During the time I was trying to contact them, mid April, they suddenly put on every item that they're stocktaking and you can't order, this is what prompted me to get in touch with the credit card folk.

They take your money and don't deliver your goods. Had to recover my money through PAYPAL. Thank goodness I used them and could get my money back. Don't use them from what I've read else where they've gone bust. Shouldn't still be trading. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DONT USE THEM !!!!

It was my favourite shop, but in March 2014 services getting worst. Not all mount of good, does not work exchange of wrong sizes, etc. Communication stopped. Last deliver I need to escalate through Paypal Resolution Center. Don't placed order!!!

Der Shop liefert nicht was bereits bezahlt ist . ,, Waiting for Stock ,, seit 4 Wochen. Mails werden nicht beantwortet , Das ist Betrug.

In early February I ordered some custom Titleist clubs and a bit later some Cleveland wedges (totalling over £1000) and was immediately told there was a 3 to 4 week wait which seemed acceptable being custom builds. The now common struggle to get them to answer emails and phone-calls then started and was told once that they were coming in within the next 3 days and would be with me by the end of that week. Of course nothing arrived so I then tried contacting them again during which time the ridiculous sales started offering up to 50% off. I started to smell a rat and contacted paypal who were less than helpful because of their 45 day claim limit. I think they must have gone under and were selling off as much stock as possible to cover debt but were still also taking payment for stuff they didn't have and were never going to supply! This must in my simple lay understanding constitute fraud and hopefully they will have to face the music at some point. Good luck to everyone else who's in the same situation!

I ordered € 800 last March. I have just received shoes and I am still waiting for driver and 2 wedges. I don't receive any reply both by email and by phone ( 0044 1443 222806 I call from Italy). I don't know how to contact them. can you please advice me how to do? I absolutely need what I ordered or I need back my money. Thanks
