Made 2 orders with Golf Buy It over the past 2 weeks. Both times I had to phone them after 2 days to find out why the order was still 'in progress'. Both times they said they were having problems getting stock from the manufacturer and they would take a few weeks to arrive. Surely if items weren't in stock they should be advertised as out of stock. To be fair to them they did give full refunds on both orders within a couple of hours of requesting a refund (copying in Vale of Glamorgan trading standards) and raising a Paypal dispute. Not great but at least they gave me my money back easily.

Ordered golf shoes for my son on 17th February and 18 days on, they have still not arrived. No email correspondence to inform me of a delay. When I eventually managed to get through by phone the guy was unapologetic and just said that he hoped they would be in soon! Have asked for a refund - fingers crossed! It is obvious from previous reviews that this company is happy to take your money but not particularly concerned about actually sending you what you've bought!

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME IT'S HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS COMPANY. YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AND THEY THEN ORDER IN THE GOODS, REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS TAKE A LAW BREAKING 5 DAYS. THEY USE YOUR MONEY AS CASH FLO. I URGE YOU TO PLEASE REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROVIDERS THAT THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. Purchased several items from golfbuyitonline, one of which was a driver for my son. This was about 3 weeks ago and still stunned at what they are able to do regards to holding your money. Needed within about 10 days but opted for the next day delivery service. They contacted later that day to say that its a special order and will be dispatched in approx. 14 days - I called to ask why isn't that stated on the website? (I wasn't annoyed just needed another option if possible). The bloke seemed not bothered, stated that there was a different option for the same club but that would take 7 to 10 days. Certain items they have in stock, some shoes, gloves, smaller items and lower cost equipment.....hence why they get some good reviews. Appalling customer service.

Ordered 2 clubs both showing in stock and still are but both out of stock and when I called to ask why and date of delivery was told complete bollox so don't buy from again as this is the second time I've bought from them and both times poor service. UPDATEPLEASE READ!!! This online store is extremely useful.... Please use this online golf store to get other more reputable golf stores to price match these joke prices!! I got American a Golf to price match the Driver these clowns said they had in stock and didn't so I'm happy to use these fools like they use our money for cash flow!!

Quick note to say I bought few items from you and from ordering to delivery the service was very good I also had slight issue with the items received and I called your customer service team and spoke to Will and this was resolved instantly, also have now received the wood covers. Ordered 1 dozen Titleist golf balls which was advertised as in stock 23 days ago. I'm still waiting for them !!!! Their response is: We are waiting for stock levels to get up before we release them. Quick to take my money and don't want to refund. This is my 2nd order with them and thought the first order was a one-off as I had to wait 2 - 3 weeks for something else which was in stock at time of ordering. PLEASE, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED MORE THAN YOU WILL BE HAPPY

I have had the same experience as others who have written a review on here (how many have not bothered to review?) I ordered a bobble hat as a Christmas present on 12/12/13 the money was taken from my account the next day but as of 29th Jan 14, I have still not received my order. The item is still advertised as in stock with 3 - 5 days delivery on web site. i have contacted them on a number of occasions and only got a standard reply back, my husband rang them and asked for the money to be refunded, which they did not do????!!!!! You would be better off buying your goods from the Pro shop at your local club.

I purchased a golf bag bag mid November as a Christmas present along with 2 other items. On the website it clearly said the bag was "in stock". I got an email 3 days later saying part of my order was out of stock and there would be a 3 week delay. I received the other 2 items from my order 3 weeks after this email but I still didn't receive the golf bag. I sent an email just over a month after my original order (a week and a half after I received my other items) inquiring about the delay and got a reply saying "There is a national shortage this side of Christmas I'm sorry. It will be fulfilled within the first 2 weeks of January I'm sorry." This was not satisfactory and I replied asking for more information to which I got NO REPLY. I sent another email 2 and a half weeks later after noticing that the item was "in stock" on the website and the colour I had ordered said "available to ship end of Jan". The reply I got was "We have had a shipment this morning of the black dual strap bag as the red is being removed from the range." So either the company are lying on their website or they were lying to me. I eventually got the bag (in a different colour than I ordered) 2 months after ordering. So, DO NOT order from this website!!!

I ordered two UnderArmour ColdGear smocks of differing colours. I selected the standard free delivery which advised it would be with me in around 2-5 business days or something around that. I got it the next day. So not only did I get the best price for an item of clothing that I had thoroughly researched the price of online, I also got next day delivery without requesting.

I ordered a golf glove for my father in law as a Christmas pressie on the 10th December which stated in stock. I received an email that evening that said the item was housed in their remote storage so would take 3-5days to get it so would take 6days for me to receive. Now for a start that does not sound like an 'in stock' item but there was still time so I left it. A week later I had not received anything to say that it had been shipped but they had taken my money so I emailed but got no reply all day. I rang in the evening and was assured that I would receive it in time for christmas as the shipment was due at the end of the week. I wasn't happy but there wasn't much time for anything else after that so I hoped for the best. Today is the 23rd December and my account still says waiting for stock, although if you go to the items page it does still in stock. I rang a few times, once someone answered and didn't speak, next they hung up so I was pretty upset when they finally picked up. I said I wanted to cancel and want my money back, they agreed to do it today but no apology or anything. Just useless.

Ordered a Christmas present online that was 'in stock' on the Saturday. Received a phone call on Tuesday evening to say the last of the stock had been sold in their shop on Monday (two days after I ordered and paid for my item) and that they wouldn't get any more stock until the new year. To compound this I was told it would be 3 days before their refunds department would process my refund as they have a backlog. Terrible service.

Bonjour à tous, j'ai déjà commandé auparavant divers produit via "golfbuyitonline" sans aucun problème. Cette année (novembre 2013)j'ai à nouveau fait une commande mais surprise, cela ne fonctionne pas comme il le devrait. Un retour toujours pas remboursé. Aucune réponse via mail malgré divers rappel. le n° de téléphone est au abonné absent malgré des tentatives à différentes heures de la journée. Ce site n'est donc plus fiable. Après beaucoup de mail et de conversations téléphoniques, j'ai été remboursé au mois de février. c'est dommage car les prix sont bon, mais il vaut mieux bien se renseigner avant d'acheter Francis G

Tres mauvais site de vente, beaucoup d'erreur de livraison, impossible à joindre en cas de problème, beaucoup de référence en vente mais pas en stock ou plus disponible, remplace les produits non dispo pars d'autres sans demander l'avis de l'acheteur, à éviter ...

I bought golf shoes for my son & found that Golfbuyitonline had a great selection at competitive prices. I was kept informed about the delivery stauts of my order, which arrived in 2-3 days as promised. I will definately use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

I made an order custom set of irons on 17.03 and receive them on 03.04 (Latvia, EU). Good communication from web shop, with full information about order and delivery. If you are not in the rush it your shop.

I ordered two Callaway Tour Authentic Gloves on Thursday 7th February, having called them beforehand to ensure said gloves were in stock. Later that day, I received an email notification saying they had been dispatched. It is now the 19th of February, and still nothing has arrived. I have called their "customer services" department a couple of times, and have been given the brush off on each occasion, saying that they will not do anything until at least 15 working days has passed. If they are going to quote a delivery period of 2-4 working days, then they should be prepared to take action from the 5th working day. It is a shame, as I have used them a few times before, and despite encountering fairly pedestrian delivery times, it has never been as bad as this, and I have always at least received my goods eventually. A very poor show. Update... The 15 days passed, still no gloves, but the refund was actioned promptly, and my money has been returned. As a result, my initial 1 star rating has been increased to 4. Don't get me wrong, this is a great site, and I have used them in the past without issue, but I found the lack of initial concern on their part when I first contacted them about my missing items rather disappointing.

I have ordered golf bag, trolley and golf club for my wife. It tooks 4 weeks to get my order. they have No golf bag stock so I changed color. Trolley has broken during delivery. Golf club has scratched. Really terrible Online shop in UK. Terrible!!
