Dec 03,2023I ordered a prescription and was told I was unable to pick it up. Customer service didn’t help with the issue at hand, and I was unable to speak to anyone farther. Terrible service basically robbery. I lost 85$ dollars that I could’ve used for my medication elsewhere.

Dec 02,2023Had a UTI the day after Thanksgiving, sent a request to Good MDs for treatment using their online portal, and had a prescription waiting at my local pharmacy within 2 hours. Loved the super-fast service, and the online portal is convenient and so easy to use. Also love that I didn't have to do a video appointment to get treated. The cost is very inexpensive as well. Will definitely use them again!

Nov 13,2023It was very easy to get the treatment I needed on a Sunday. I didn’t have to spend hours at the local walk-in clinic where I would have been miserable from the pain in my face, exposed to more germs, and charged more for an urgent care co-pay. I had a prescription at my local pharmacy in 30 minutes! I changed to 2 stars because they were very conservative with the dosage! By the end of the week I had to see my PCP for a stronger antibiotic. He said the dosage was appropriate for my 7 year old son. It made me feel better and got me to work the next day! In the long run… it made things worse. Now I am still fighting an infection that has spread. I have been put on another stronger antibiotic that I was allergic to and had to have fluid removed from my brain via a lumbar puncture in the ER this week. Had I just had the right dose of Augmentin in the first place, maybe I could have avoided this! So, it will get you through the weekend! But you better see a real doctor on Monday!
