I also love that I can buy samples vs in bulk which is helping me test out the products, first to determine the best size/quality I need before buying in bulk.

Jan 01,2020I purchased a product for my restaurant. When I received it the item was a little bit different than the pictures. The slight difference meant the product wouldn't work for me. I sent pics to show the difference and their customer service team immediately credited my card the full amount. Sometimes it's all about the service!

Dec 17,2019My order of samples has not arrived after 3 weeks. My follow up emails have not been responded to. It's bad enough you have to pay for samples but I was willing to do so expecting that would get them to me sooner. I dont think I will be relying on you for actual orders of cases.

Dec 17,2019I ordered samples roughly a month ago, paid for the item + COD same day and last time I checked, the items were still in the warehouse??? I've since purchased bulk supply from another supplier/manufacturer in the USA. Good start simply took too long. My business cannot keep such a relationship viable considering length of time for delivery. How unfortunate. Even at the time of receiving this email prompt for a survey, I still do not have the product. Good start has failed on its own SLA clearly.
