The staff are extremely helpful in listening to my business needs even dissuading me to not place something that would not work. My clients love the packaging and I will continue to support the company. One interesting thing I hadn't placed a order for some months and a representative left a voicemail and sent a E Mail to see why I hadn't! Now that's good customer service.
