Feb 15,2020Ordered paper bags and some other item - got an email that the bags are back order, a week later chatted with simians been told it will be by the end of next week - did not arrived!! When I checked again , was told they it will be only in the week after. I do understand they sometimes things are not up to you- but if you don’t have let me know before I order so I can get it from somewhere else and not get stuck without bags. Same thing when I called - if you done have it only in two weeks you should tell me. Very disappointing!!
