I have yet to use your product. So, I don’t know how to rate them. I think your customer service was very good. Very friendly. The biggest concern is the shipping cost. The cost is 2x the cost of the product. Did you look into shipping thru post office. I have received same size boxes thru Post Office with far less cost.

These bags are expensive, but you get what you pay for. They work well and using them is much more in line with our business values than selecting the cheap and easy plastic option. Great product & fast shipping.

I have a juicing company and was looking to do a lot of business with this company. We produce 1000-2000 juices week at minimum. This is our launch week and we needed more bottles. I placed an order on Wednesday at 8:50am, after two days of not receiving shipping notifications I called customer service and was told the bottles are on back order. No one notified me of this. How could you sell a product that wasn’t available or on “back order” without letting the customer know? The representative was very matter of factly and kept saying “ we are a small company”... clearly you are, and now I see why. As another small business you should always treat your paying customers who use your products or services on a residual basis with the upmost respect and show a sense or urgency. We are not using these bottles for recreational purposes. What business owner can wait 5-7 days for their packaging to come? Not to mention they do not have express shipping options or automatic payment options available, This company is NOT for growing or midsize companies. If your a small brick and mortar, maybe. Anything outside of that, BEWARE I called another company and they were able to place an order for us and ship the bottles immediately. Thank you so much to the Cary company for saving my business! I will never use or recommend goodstart packaging again. It’s a shame because the product itself is great, the logistics seem really shaky: It’s really sad because we are just starting and went through 1500 bottles our first week. You guys loss, not ours.

I use the compostable bags for packaging produce I sell at the Farmer's Market. MANY of my customers appreciate trying to be green. These bags are great & buying from Good Start Packaging has the best price & delivers as expected.
