May 18,2019Tried their NatureFlex gusseted cello bags and they work great for packaging my yeast-risen Belgian Waffles! Customer service was also very helpful! I'll be using their bags moving forward because I don't want to add to the worldwide plastic pollution problem. So happy I found them!

The website was difficult for me to navigate without a call to customer service usually, but they were pleasant and helpful. Because of the shipping costs we have recently found another solution for our to-go bowls and lids.

May 11,2019I placed an order 11 days ago. The description says it usually ships in 1-2 days, there has been no update on my order since I placed it. I need the item within the next 10 days for a wedding I am catering. Tried calling customer service today (Saturday) guess they don’t work weekends but you better believe ther will be receiving a call on Monday, I only hope they have acceptable answers and that I receive my order in time.
