Feb 24,2019I ordered 1 bowl to see what it was like. It never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said it had been left in my garage and that maybe someone in the house had moved it. It wasn't in the garage and my husband said he didn't see a package. This probably is more a rating system of whoever they used to deliver the package; I imagine it got put in the wrong garage. Still, I paid over 7 dollars to get 1 bowl and never got it, though the emails I received from the company were not rude or anything, so I wouldn't say there was a lot of friction.

Feb 16,2019my sushi trays too small.i measure both dimension less for 0.5 in is not 5 X 7 inch....but 4.5 X 6.5.inch ..this too small if you can change im happy to exchange with little bit bigger trays please sent me return label .if not is ok i will use anyway.but you have to correction dimension of the size of sushi trays.

Feb 01,2019took a while to get here. could be Canadian post. Ordered all samples as I as setting up ubereats. disappointing that I had to pay over $20 for samples. I got a local guy in today and he brought me samples at not cost and some were the exact same as I ordered and pay for from you.

Jan 27,2019Love the products and customer service, but Custom printing option is not small business friendly. The only solution they have for small business is to order custom print sleeves which the min. order is 40 boxes. Small coffee shops like us have no space to store 40 boxes all at once! Their other option is to order min. order of 2 boxes custom sleeves that cost $179 a box which is way overpriced. Financially, either options are substainable for small business. Really hope Good Start Packaging take this into consideration.

Jan 24,2019Great product and customer service. My only concern and issue is with receiving product that has be damaged/partially wrapped due to the compostable nature of the material. The clear rectangular deli lids do not fit properly and ultimately we throw away 10-20% of all lids purchased :-(
