We have an event. We were advised this order was on backorder and would ship this week. As we are in Sacramento and they are in Hayward, we felt they would arrive on time. However, not only have they not arrived, they now have no expected shipping date. Our money was deducted 16 days ago. Not happy! No communication since then from them. UPDATE! We did receive the cups after our event. The company was very courteous and kept emailing me. I was ultimately happy with their response and the delivery.
